Ok, it is a horse and a girl. My child is too young to have those small accessories (they get left out on the floor and they hurt when I walk on them!) so I tossed them upon opening the package.
Yes, this is another toy that will take heavy duty scissors and some patience to open. They all seem to be that way now.
The product. The doll is a poseable one. Her legs bend at the knees and the ankles. And she can spread her legs wide so she can be placed on the horse. You can even move the horse's head from side to side. The mane ont he horse is cheezy synthetic hair, but little kids don't care.
My girl has been playing with this non-stop for 2 days now. It's better than tv when they can act out what is going on.
