Fisher-Price Imaginext DC Super Friends Green Lantern Planet OA Review
Ok, when I saw this in the store, I was hooked and had to get it immediately. This rugged little playset includes Kilowog, Hal Jordan, and Ch'p as action figures, along with a light-up lantern. I haven't had it put through the ringer yet, but it appears to be fairly tough. The only weak spot I see is in the white clip that is supposed to be used for making the figures fly around Oa. It's a little weak and I think over time it will probably break. It's not a necessary part of the set though so it will still be a great toy afterward.The figures are sturdy just like the rest of the line of Super Friends. While I appreciate the inclusion of Hal Jordan, it would have been cool to have gotten a Kyle Rayner or Guy Gardner figure in there instead since Hal is available in other sets with the jet. Still, this is a minor complaint and I'm just happy to have 3 Green Lanterns to choose from in this one playset. It's a very well put-together set and it has a lot to keep a kid occupied. Move this next door to the Batcave set they offer and you've got a lot of fun!
