Fisher Price Motorized Chalk Spray Painter Review

I was so excited to buy this for my kids. They love when I draw chalk lines on the driveway to create roads for their bikes but it is back-breaking work on our large driveway so I was hoping to just spray the lines. Well, the chalk that you have to mix with water is so incredibly thick that you can't really get it into the reservoir without making a big mess and taking a lot of time. (Oddly, it does not come with a squeeze tube so you have to lift it out with a spoon or other small utensil.) It does NOT mix well with water and then only works for 1-2 minutes before running out. Plus, the lines it draws look absolutely NOTHING like the ones in the pictures! They are not crisp at all.
Plus, it comes with one chalk bottle and you can't find refills anywhere. I even called the manufacturer and was told that they don't make refills because it is only a test product this season. She said I should be able to find liquid chalk in art stores. (I haven't yet.)
This was a waste of money. I used it once & will probably throw it away.
