Fisher Price Handy Manny Deluxe Tool Gift Pack Review
This set is adorable! It has Pat the hammer who talks when you gently tap his head on any surface. It also has Rusty, who does not talk, but he does move. You can change Rusty's mouth to make his wrench open and close. This set also has a clip-board where Manny keeps up with the jobs he and the tools need to complete. The clip-board comes with three hologram cards that each show Pat, Stretch, and Rusty. When the cards are moved side-to-side, they make the tools appear to be moving. Each card has the tool's name on it with a phrase about each tool written in English and Spanish. My son received this set as a Christmas gift and he has played with it almost every day since receiving it. He loves it so much that he wants the other sets so he can collect all the tools and I will probably buy them due to how much my son loves them and plays with them. You know how kids will big and plead for something and you finally break down and get the toy, but then the child ends up playing with the box more than the toy. This toy is not in that category; it will keep your child occupied for hours! This set is also very sturdy and durable. I have a very rambunctious 4 year old boy, who received this set as a Christmas present in 2010 and its now March 11th and these toys still look brand new despite lots of rough play.
