Fisher-Price Underwater Mission Adventure June Review

Hi there. Well I wrote a review about my sons CHUNK TOY from Toy Story III now I must write one for my daughter Christmas present as well. I did say how my son who is 13yrs old has Autism, well my daughter, who is 12 yrs old has Autism as well. Raising the two of them was very interesting to say the least. In any case, my daughter swims like a fish, NO FEAR of ANYTHING is one of her problems needless to say, because she would pet a bear or get hit by a shoolbus but still have NO FEAR, and when I say she SWIMS LIKE A FISH, she does and has NO FEAR of water either so does many things in water that even a "NORMAL" person wouldnt dare to do. In any case, knowing this I thought HOW APPROPRIATE to get her a BATHTUB TOY, and she absulutely LOVES THIS TOY. I like it because it is waterproof and because Juliana, her name, take Baths and NOT SHOWERS because she doesnt like the sound the shower makes, it gives her something to play with in the tub. In any case, I must yell at her to get out, actually a timer works well for this as well, however she LOVES her doll and I only let her take it to the tub with her and not sleep with it because it is only a TUB DOLL and I wanted it to be only a TUB DOLL for her to take a bath with. In any case, she LOVES THIS DOLL and looks forward, actually always did look forward to taking a bath but with this doll, dont remember what name she gave this doll, but in any case, she looks forward to now not only taking a bath but also having her own type of conversation with this doll. If your child loves water as mine does than this doll is for her. I imagine that Juliana, hope so in any case, grows out of the "need" for this doll eventually however for now it serves a great purpose to "watch over her" when I cannot or have other things I must attend to. In any case, I do know she will take even more care having this doll take a bath with her than she would do on her own. Do consider getting this for your own child, Donna Swihart
