I totally dissagree with the other review. This toy is so so perfect for our 6 month old because it is soft, it rattles, the legs are small enough for her to grasp on to and the best part is that ITS NOT HEAVY! So many toys are heavy or made out of wood/plastic etc that when they grab on to it they instantly hit themselves with it and then start crying. I feel so safe leaving her to play with this on the floor because if she accidentally hits her self with it ( as most babies do because their motor skills are just beginning to develop) she just continues to play with Its light, soft, SAFE, it rattles and she LOVES it! I would highly recommend this toy!
