This is a kid-powered version of the busy ball popper. I recommend it for kids from sitting up through 2 years. No batteries, no sounds. The balls spin around fascinatingly, and for more fun the door opens so they skitter away! My son, now 15 months, got this for his first birthday and has played with it daily since, learning how to open and close the door himself, run to gather all the balls, then put them back and start over.
