Fisher Price Sesame Street Medical Kit Review

We purchased the FP Sesame St. Medical Kit through Amazon because our 3-year-old granddaughter started "wanting to be a doctor" following a couple of visits to her pediatrician. I looked around at different options and picked this one because [1] it didn't have a lot of small pieces; [2] it is, of course, Sesame Street and she loves those characters; [3] we didn't want something involved and overly realistic because we have no idea how serious she is about this; [4] we couldn't find doctor's or nurse's kits in our local retail outlets; and [5] we trust Fisher Price to provide both quality and safe products for young children.
Some weeks later, she still regularly gives us "shots" and wants to isten to our breathing--or more specifically, she wants us to listen to her breathing. The only problem we've had it is that she doesn't yet have the manual dexterity to set the stethoscope to fit her head in her ears, so it won't stay there on its own. It will stay okay in an adult's ears--and I want to emphasize it does NOT actually go into the ears, the ends are too large--but the arms leading to the bell aren't quite big enough to fit comfortably around an adult's chin.
I assume that if she stays interested in "being a doctor," she will figure out the stethoscope. Other that that, she is delighted with it and has a lot of fun with it.
